Ep 6: William Crawford’s Stroke of Bad Luck

Welcome back to Fail to the Chief! I am back to the 1800s. In specific, the electorally chaotic election of 1824 in which no less than 4 men (5 if you’re nasty) vied for the presidency. They all lost, eventually, though perhaps the biggest loser was William Crawford, Secretary of the Treasury, the last official candidate of the Democratic-Republican Party. Check out his rise and fall.
